Inspiration for Graduates Seeking to Volunteer After College

While researching the possibilities to volunteer after college I stumbled across this awesome website that discusses the reasons why you should seriously consider it.

Just knowing that there are great reasons to take this opportunity puts everything into perspective and makes me want to just go for it. There are so many reasons why volunteering after college, instead of entering into a career right away, is a great idea.

Here are some of my favorites from the list:

• The job market is not so hot right now (let's face it...it sucks.)
• Enhance your resume
• It is a great way to network- you never know who you'll meet that could help you land a job
• Have your student loans forgiven (umm, yes please.)
• You have your whole life to work (SO TRUE!)

I hope you will take time to read through the rest of the list. It is seriously so motivating and makes you want to get off your butt and do something to change the world!
